Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs or postal services beyond our control.

Shipping Fees:
Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the natural and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@nainaturals.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for eligible claims.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or modify orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Nai Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier or local postal service for resolution.
